I noticed tonight that my 3 month old polish dwarf had a bald spot with something that looked almost like a part running from the spot to the back of his head. The spots are not red or flakes but they are bare. I have not noticed him spending extra time grooming and scratching that spot either. Should I be worried for mites?

You could treat for mites as a precaution and see what happens. My female developed a bald patch, seemingly out of nowhere so we treated her and my boy and her fur grew back with no issues
