Hi everyone! I’m new here, this is my first post.
I have 3 rabbits that my SO and I recently adopted. A 6 year old male lionhead named Charlie, a 2 year old male holland lop named Flapjack, and a year and a half year old female dwarf lop called Alaska.
They are all bonded since being with their previous owners, but the little one seems to have problems keeping all her mess in the litter box. They all will use the two big litter boxes I have for them, both filled with Yesterday’s News, but Alaska seems to also go wherever else she wants on the floor. The previous owners took them all to the vet before we adopted them, just as a check-up, and she didn’t see anything wrong with the bunch. They were all reported healthy.
My SO and I plan to move out into a new apartment in about 4 months, and we both agree we have to help Alaska fix her habits before we move out so that there wont be any new messes outside their litter box in the new apartment.
Any suggestions on how to guide bunnies into sharpening their litter habits? Thanks!
