  Last night I put both of my pair in one cage and they mated. When i checked on the doe, i saw that she have a scar in the back of her head. Is it normal? What should i do?

  To be safe, I advise bringing your rabbit to a rabbit-experienced vet in order to have it assessed, properly cleaned, and treated. A fight or scuffle between rabbits can be very dangerous. To this end, I also recommend separating the two since this has occurred. A healthy rabbit interaction should not result in injuries.
  
  I also want to highlight that the topic of intentional breeding (putting two rabbits together to mate) is a prohibited topic on these forums. If you plan to post in the future regarding breeding, you must go to another forum, such as rabbitsonline.net . If your intention was not breeding and this was a mistake, please clarify.

  I would also advise a vet visit to be sure – is it already a scar? That would mean it was an older injury then from last night. Or is it a cut/bite that has scabbed over?

  As you put this in the bonding section I assume you want to bond your male and female? If so, both need to be neutered and spayed or they will continue to mate.

  yes this is not a topic about mating, it’s just about a problem where the buck seems to always bite the doe body until she have a scar.

  I would clean the wound and apply something like neosporin or diluted iodine. Is there a lump forming where the bite was? Unfortunately, bites and other injuries piercing the skin can become abscessed in rabbits. You would need it to be seen by a vet.
  
  It’s possibly it is from when the male latched on when he mounted her.
  
  If these rabbits are not desexed, do not allow them to be together as this will continue to happen.
  If they are both desexed and you are hoping to have them live together, humping and fighting can still occur if just put together in some circumstances.
