This morning I was climbing into my bed to get something (like I do everynight) and my rabbit went full on panic mode, he started running in circles and slammig into things. This lasted for around two minutes. Then he dug under his plastic hay bin behind his litter box in the corner and has been there for around ten minutes so far looking very panicked. What should I do? I did put a box in there for him to hide better.

I forgot to mention he was also thumping his foot when he would pause from running.
