Hi I’m new here and just got a rabbit. I noticed that the rabbit has blue eyes but also blue pupils instead of black. The pupil is outlined in black but definitely blue inside. It is clear and does not seem cloudy or protruding. Has anyone seen this before and know why his eyes are like that? Also I’m trying to determine if he is blind as he seems he may be. He is approx 8 weeks old, mixed lop and has slightly splayed back legs as well. Took him in from someone who no longer wanted their bunnies. All found homes and he was the last. Any advice ?

I honestly don’t know and am hoping someone does, rather than just resorting to a Google search, so *bump*

Hi! It honestly sounds like he might have been born blind or became blind from some infection he had and never went to a vet for it. But I may be wrong.
