ive recenly adopted two new bunnies from a breeder. the first two days were good and regular for adjusting bunnies, but this morning i wole up and my male bunny has missing fur around his eye, and i looked at pictures from yesterday and the border of his eye is a bit inflamed as well. when he lays down, he kinda squints but i feel like most bunnies do that while relaxing?
it looks like he has some sort of clear discharge of sorts, because its wet around his eye
he hasnt coughed or sneezed at all as far as i know, and he has been eating and drinking.his teeth also appear to be healthy. so could this be the early phases of conjunctivitis? if so are there any at homw remedies?

        thank you

          Congrats on the two!
Are the two buns fixed? They can not live together until they are both fixed and have gone through pre bonding. It seems like him and the other bun had a tiff during the night. I would separate them as it seems like he got injured. Have you taken them to the vet to get checked out after you adopted them?

There might be a home remedy for conjunctivitis but the two should still go to the vet for a general health check up just to make sure there isn’t anything else wrong.
