        Greetings fellow bunny parents

So as I explore this forum I had a question that just popped into my mind. Anyway, here it goes.  Does anyone know where to get horse stall bedding or wood stove pellets? I heard that it makes a suitable litter and that it is cheap. However, I ran into a dead end when I couldn’t find any online. If anyone here uses either litter and knows a good brand, please reply to this post telling me where they sell it. I live in southern California, so I can’t go to any retailers that are in different states or are northern. I use carefresh, but it can get expensive, as someone who likes to be frugal I would love to stock up on these types of litter. So thank you for stopping by with your answers it means a lot to me.

I doubt that you would want to buy either horse stall pellets or wood stall pellets online. They come in 40 pound bags, so the shipping charges would likely be high.

Do you have any Tractor Supply stores near you? They would have horse stall pellets. Feed stores or horse supply stores would have it too. One name brand is Equine Pine. Home Depot, Lowe’s, hardware stores and Tractor supply sell wood stove pellets, but sometimes they can only be found in the winter.

Here is the brand that is sold at Tractor Supply: https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/tractor-supply-pine-pellet-stall-bedding-40-lb?cm_vc=-10005
