My mommy did it real good this time. She thought I was awake enough so she could vacuum up my friend’s(aka dog)hair. Well she must of forgot it’s my birthday and I was taking my time waking up. Cause it scared me so bad I tipped over my whole litter pan?. I am a good boy all the time. I don’t drop any poopies outside of my litter pan. I stayed real still so she could clean up my mess. It was my way of saying sorry. I know she didn’t mean to run the vacuum so close to the end of my nap time. She is real good about that.

Do any of you bunnies get scared like that? What does your care take do to help you through it? Oh yeah, mommy got a new vacuum.

Just an update, mommy found out why I was scared yesterday. The new vacuum has lights on it and they are at my level. Mommy’s old vacuum didn’t have lights that worked.

Mommy said she will more mindful from now on. So bunny friends you be careful around lights that shine at your level too. Be safe on the floor and in your sleeping area.

Have a hopping fun day bunny friends.

Buns startle, Whiskers. You guys are prey animals, so it’s built in your double helix, so no worries. Your mommy loves you and tries to always be mindful, but sometimes it just happens. You eventually go back to business as usual, so it’s all good

Tell Mommy a strip of duct tape will hide those scary lights for you.

Thank you ? friends for understanding. Mommy feels better. She has been standing in front of me back to and puts up cardboard now to block the lights.

The duct tape idea is a good one too. I have been staying out of the way. I go to a corner hide and all is well.

                  Happy hopping

Yes you are correct, I am the bunny in the Avatar. I am a Flemish giant who turned 1 on the 18th. Vet says I have 5-7 lbs more to go and a lot of growing?

He is 1 yes old and 13.6 lbs as of 3 weeks ago. Got neutered 2 weeks ago Monday. Ah, he is such a cutie. So gentle.eats out of hands. No biting or digging people. Just so lovable. The granddaughters feed him hay (they are all under 3 so we don’t give treats with them around so they don’t assume their food is ok for Whiskers. So they can only give hay. Works great) first Flemish and I am super amazed at his gentleness. I know we probably got a rare bun but I would definitely consider another one down the road?
