I’m pretty sure it’s a positive response because she wants more but basically I’ve found if I make kissy noises while tickling the bed around her and moving my arms around (hard to explain but basically I’m moving my hands around her on the bed) she gets really excited and starts hopping up in the air and sometimes runs in circles and a few times she would clatter her teeth briefly. Would you guess this is a happy clatter? Because I’m pretty sure she’s happy. I’m just curious what you guys have to say and if you guys have similar little games with your buns. I’ve made her tired and now she’s demanding cuddles instead lol

Is she’s running around its most likely that the clattering is a happy noise the only game I have with my bun is trying not to get attacked by her while I have pellets in my hands haha

I do “crab hand” around my bun (generally on the floor) and he goes nuts and binkies.
So it sounds to me like she’s having fun.

Whenever I try that, mine just glare at me like I’m an idiot

Different hand strokes for different bun folks, I guess.

I actually interpret this differently. I see it as a more defensive/evasive maneuver, as Wick echoes similar behavior in those situations, but I presume he’s interpreting it as something is wrong in his territory, like there’s a snake or a foreign object and he’s jumping away and quick on his feet for easy escape if needed. I don’t think it’s a fatally stressful situation, but when I notice Wick doing this during our interactions, I usually back off a bit.

I know the difference. Since she’s been hormonal on and off. She’s lunged at me and gotten sassy. It’s not the same. Because she is also licking me during these games and resting her head on my arm asking for pets
