So I have 7 rabbits (rabbits multiply lol.) In Agust my boyfriend will take the two he picked out back when they were babies to his new apartment. I need to make everyone new cages though because the ones I have right now are in pretty bad shape from general wear and tear and about 3 of them are escape artists who find ways out all the time. I don’t have as much space as I would like and I know rabbits need alot of room. I wanted some ideas though about good cages that are also somehow space saving. Like they double as a table or something. Originally my idea for a new cages was to make corner cages that are pretty big but I’m thinking I’m going to have to wait to build those cages for when I get more space. ( My boyfriend had to move for work but I didn’t want to leave my family alone yet and I have school so I just moved back in with my parents until I feel comfortable leaving them. It’s hectic lol.) It’s super important though. I want to make them awesome cages but I’m a little rushed at the same time. I have 3 pairs and one lone bunny but the second I get more room (moving in with my boyfriend or getting my own place) I’m gonna get him a special needs friend because he’s too lonely. They’re all around 4lbs with the parents being the outliers (mom 5lb and dad 2lbs.) They’re also all a year or older so they’re all full grown. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!!! Even if they’re huge simple cage ideas I’d still love to hear them. Right now I have a cage built out of those wire storage racks, a entertainment center cage but it’s not very good, and a big dog crate.

          Hi Randomxfox,

I’d use dog exercise pens. Easy to assemble and disassemble too, which would be necessary with seven buns!

Hi, I understand, i had 1 and then 4 haha. Dog pens are the way to go and thats what I do, easy to clean and easy to redo the cage style if you want it square or octagon, They are pretty inexpensive if you buy off amazon and they last forever!
