        can i still litter train my new rescue who is around 2 years old newzealand white.

        i am about to place an order for pet stuff on pets at home at monday. if i can still train him then i am purchasing a litter box and non clumping litter so any idea? its a pain to clean out the messssss

          I think you can. I do t know how old my Bam was when I got him, but he was fully grown so well over a year. I litter trained him. He still poops rather a lot outside the box and he’s not safe to have on the sofa for extended periods of time, but that’s very common with all buns.

          I trained him by putting a piece of paper soaked in pee in his box. It took him a few weeks to catch on, he’d probably been living in a cage until I got him. Now he’s free roam 24/7.
