  This is not unusual for a rabbit. They have a very strong urge to procreate. In nature, they have short lives (many, many deadly dangers are lurking), so they need to make as many babies as they can as quickly as they can.
  
  How old is your bunny? Is he neutered? (Even neutered bunnies can display this behavior, but generally with a lot less persistance).

  is it normal they will trick owner into a grooming session before doing that?

  Well, he’s not really tricking you =) You groom him and he interprets it as an invite. It’s perfectly normal. For a 6 month old unfixed bun (of either sex, actually), I’d say it’s standard. You don’t have to encourage it, of course, but you should absolutely not punish him in any way. He’s just following his instincts, it’s not like he’s taking advantage of you or disrespects you. If he does it a lot the best thing is to get him neutered. You can give him a plushy toy and maybe he’ll redirect his warm feelings to the plushy. Choose a plushy for toddlers, they are as a rule the safest (safe dye, good seams, no loose parts).
