After my exams (11&13 june) I’m supposed to be getting my bunny. I found a 9 month old bunny in a pet store and he’s been there for several months, and was used for breeding once. I decided to get him since no one is going to want an adult rabbit. He’s going to be free roaming in my room, so I want to neuter him as soon as possible.

When should I do it? Should I first bond with him, and should I wait a while for him to be fed properly? (he’s being fed pellets and very little hay)
As in, could I do it on the second day, or should I wait for longer? If I should wait, for how long?

A neuter adds stress and a new home is stressful. I’d wait at least a few weeks so when he returns from a neuter, he is in a comfy “home” environment to recover, rather than someplace he also feels uncomfortable.

Neutering a male is not as urgent as spaying a female, so waiting will not harm him.
