Getting a second rabbit was one of the best desicions I ever made for my girl bunny. She spent years on her own and I didn’t think she wanted a buddy, but I was so wrong. Rabbits really do love having another bun to talk to and cuddle and spend all hours with. Having said that, bonding rabbits takes time and you’ll need a seperate space for the new rabbit until they can safely be together. My two love each other now but at first they did have some fights, and I couldn’t leave them unsupervised together. It took about a month and a half for mine to bond and times can vary.
Bonded rabbits enjoy being close to each other so I don’t think the space would be a problem but also remember that’s twice the poop, twice the fur etc so more cleaning for u.
If u can manage the bonding process and have a seperate area temporarily for the new bun (outside your rabbits current territory) then yes I think go ahead and get another bun
