Hi Celzani
Depending on which country you are in will depend on the type of vaccine given for calici. In Australia, the cylap vaccine is given for calicivirus and it is commonly known to cause reactions. The most common of which is a wound/scab at the injection site. So this could be quite normal and it will go away with time. Just because bun didn’t have a reaction a previous time, doesn’t mean they won’t react the next time. It’s a strange thing.
Regarding the fleas, the best recommended flea treatment for rabbits is revolution for kittens. Don’t bother with a shampoo or anything like that, bunnies shouldn’t be bathed anyway. Your vet can speak to you about it tomorrow and give you the correct dosage information, but revolution is fine to use on rabbits. I would recommend applying it, combing as many fleas out of bunny as possible with a flea comb and cleaning bedding in her cage. You may need to do a repeat treatment in about a month’s time to get all of the life cycle.
I hope that helps
