Hello all. I cleaned out the bunny cages (2 side by side) and replaced the large litter boxes i was using with smaller boxes to save on litter. I noticed Pizza is using hers just fine but there is no binky in Milkshakes pen at all. Is it normal for a rabbit to go 2 hours without doing it? Do you think the box change is causing her to hold it? Your thoughts?

I went on ahead and put the big litter box back in there and she’s already done plenty of binky. I guess i will keep that in there for her. Thanks all!

Rabbits can be very fussy about changes, and it’s perfectly normal for a rabbit to hold it when they’re in a situation which feels a bit off to them. Breintje often travels with us on the train, and he’ll easily hold it for up to three hours.
