Hi, so I have an 8 week old mini lop who has like 2 loose looking hairs on her face but everytime I try gently pull it off, it doesn’t come off. I’m assuming it’s just not loose enough to easily pull out but at the same time, I cant really tug any long than a second because she moved her head from the feeling. Is she molting or just getting rid of baby hair? She doesn’t have any other loose hairs on her body. Just the face which is constantly making me want to pull it off but if it hurts her, I wont.

Here is a picture of those hairs I’m talking about.

It definitely doesn’t look like anything too concerning. I wouldn’t worry too much about it

Is there a bump or any skin abnormality at the base of those tuffs? I agree they look like two tuffs you could pull out, but they may be stuck there due to tangles or not being ready to go yet.

I think you can leave it be for now. Kurotta had something that looked like this a while ago near his nose which I tried to pluck too, but it didn’t come off. One day I checked and it just disappeared
