I just read online that you’re supposed to take the seeds of the tomatoes out before feeding them…
        What should I do?
Is there a way I can make them throw it up?

Rabbits should and will get rid of unwanted food by pooping them out, not by throwing up.

Pay close attention and see if your rabbit is still pooping normally and make sure they are eating lots of hay/drinking lots of water.

If they stop pooping, bring them to a vet immediately.

P/S: Tomatoes should just be a treat and it shouldn’t be fed regularly or in large quantities.

Unless your bun ate a really huge amount of tomatoes, I don’t think you have a problem. I’ve never taken the seeds out of tomatoes for my buns. I feed tomatoes very sparingly, but once Bam stole one and ate almost all of it (I found the remaining piece in his cardboard hidey house). I never detected any ill effects.
