Typically young bunnies are harder to potty train than older ones, he may know where the potty is but not understand fully that its where poop and pee goes.

It will get a ton easier to potty train them once he is neutered, fixed bun’s are way easier to train because they lack hormones that make them mark their territory and spray/poo everywhere. Although i will say this, i am having a difficult time potty training my 4 year old bun and he was neutered back in February.

Some buns take a while, but just keep at it. Make sure you are scooping the poop into their litter box, and if they pee, take a bit of paper towel or tissue and wipe the pee up, and put that in their litter box. This tells them that poop and pee go here, not there. Good luck!
