        Hey guys,

Bane has recently had a personality change. He’s 1 and a half and was neutered a year ago. He’s usually so calm and relaxed but the last couple of weeks he’s become extremely hyper, constantly digging and chewing but also not using his litter box. Which he’s been amazing at using since he was little. He has loads of toys and boxes he’s really spoilt. Will this behaviour last or will it fade out ?

If you live in the northern hemisphere it’s not unusual for even neutered buns to get a little bit of spring fever at this time of year. Akternatively any change in your house could have triggered the behaviour. New pet or family member etc.

It could also be frustration due to environmental or health factors. Wick often gets a bit chewy when his teeth are beginning to bother him.

Aww thank you! It could be the northern thing then, there hasn’t been any changes so hopefully it’s that ☺️

He’s recently had a check up at the vets and they said his health is great but still that was a couple of weeks ago, I’m just hoping this phase goes thanks guys.

My boys have become rather rambunctious as well, and I live in Boston, so I definitely think it might be a case of spring fever

Hopefully this definitely explains his behaviour I’ll blame the spring fever? thank you!
