Hey everyone! I honestly have written so many questions about this topic. I could just use all the information and advice you all have! Daisy was just spayed 5 days ago. I got her a brand new litter box in which her hay is stored as well so she can eat and do her business in the same area. I also have a second litter box in the corner of where my door is (I’ve created a pully system so when I open and close my door from the outside I can pull the box back into place) because she ALWAYS goes pee and poop here. She still doesn’t seem to want to go in the litter box!!!! As always when I see poop or pee I clean it up and place it back in one of the two litter boxes (which ever one is closer). Will she ever learn the litter box! I though once she was spayed it’d come more naturally after seeing me place her business back in the litter box consistently. Is there anything I can do to help her along with the process. Are there some rabbits that just wont and never will learn the litter box? HELP? I Can’t have her pooping and peeing where ever she wants I live in an apartment with 3 other people. At some point I’d like her to be free roaming throughout the whole apartment not just my room!

So she’s only just been neutered, so first off she may not want to actually use them yet out of discomfort. Secondly, her litter habits will probably take a while to get better as over the next month she is going to get a spike in hormones after being neutered. This will pass and then you will probably notice her litter habits naturally starting to improve. Rabbits are likely to have accidents now and then, and some people are happy to say their rabbits are fully litter trained, but you are likely to still find the odd poop here and there (even the best of them make mistakes!)
