So I recently bought Bruce an indoor two-tier cage. It has a wooden ramp to get up and down and someone has decided that he’s gonna chew on the ramp. Not too sure what to do cause if I leave him long enough he’s gonna chew right through it!

        Any suggestions?

I’d replace the ramp if possible, because wooden ramps can also be a Target for absorbing pee! If you find your rabbit is well adherent, that’s not as much of an issue. I’d have to spray Wick’s wood ramp with vinegar water twice a day so it wouldn’t get gross in the beginning!

You can observe and see. I don’t think many rabbits chew on ramps because it’s an odd angle?

Is it a “chew-to-explore-what-it-is” kind of chew, or is it that he is actually chewing at it with a vengeance?

Kurotta sometimes chews a little at something if it’s new and unfamiliar to him. Since the ramp is new, Bruce may be doing the same too. If that’s the case then he may eventually get over it.
