I’ll be moving into my van soon and want to bring my bunny along. He did not react well to being put in a different cage ( disoriented ) but was alright after a few days of gentle care. I’m scared he will freak out if I put him in my bus, I would keep his normal cage and still allow him hours of play time but I don’t know if the movement of the bus would make him sick or anything. Please help

Generally rabbits do not feel comfortable moving, eating, or pooping when in a moving vehicle. So if you are not stopping for hours at a time, for elongated periods of time, this can be stressful on a day to day basis.

Can you provide more detail? Are you living exclusively in a van, or do you mean you’re transporting stuff in a moving van to somewhere else?

A friend of mine knew a guy who used to take his rabbit in a camper van while he treked Europe. He took the rabbit everywhere he went.
The bun was a chill and very confident lil thing.

I can’t say if your rabbit will be okay with it but it’s something that is down to the individual.

You could introduce him gradually to it if you have time? Hey him used to living there before it moves, start the engine and let him get used to the noise without the movement and then start with short trips and gradually build.

Obviously there is a chance that your rabbit may not be able to adjust to it all , seeing as you’ve mentioned a previous nervous disposition.

Maybe we could help more it we had a bit more background
