  Hey everyone! No, I didn’t go out and bring home 11 buns . We just got a new group of buns in today at the rabbit rescue I volunteer at and they all need names! There are 6 baby creme d’argents (genders unknown), a trio consisting of 2 dutch and 1 other breed (all males), 1 dutch (female), and 1 chinchilla (female). Maybe some french names for the cremes? Any suggestions are appreciated!

  Wow! With this many the BB’ers should NOT have to fight over names!
  I’m absolute rubbish at names but I’m sure we can figure it out. Do you have any pictures?

  1. Cremes (since they are less than 8 weeks old, the below pic is only a representation of what they look like and is not a pic of the actual buns)
  
  (the real Cremes really did do something like this at the rescue today! )

  Why am I finding it overwhelming coming up with so may names?! Lol
  
  So far, I can only think of Tippy for the Dutch with the white tipped ears.
  
  There are so many french names to choose from I can’t really narrow it down to an additional theme.

  Or just go with whyever film festisher you have.

  Fictive Characters of a specific actor/actrice

  So many things to choose from. Easier than just choosing one !!!!!

  Trio could go traditional – Flopsy, Mopsy and Cottontail? Or herbs: Dill, Parsley and Mint? Jupiter, Pluto and Mars? I can do endless themes of three!
  
  Themes are definitely the way to go. I had a Pumpkin before and was always desperate for a Butternut to go with him.
  
  I love Vienna’s Creme Brulee theme…. Maybe a fourth could be Eclair.

  Love the suggestions so far! I should’ve mentioned beforehand that the rescue doesn’t use names associated with foods . They do however like unique human names. Here are some names they used in the past: Anezka, Audian, Aurek, Hiro, Silva, Toriel.
  
  S&L: I too thought we should group the trio’s names into a theme! I suggested a rhyming theme for them: Benji, Renji, Remmy, Lenny, Benny.
  
  Any other ideas?

  Ah, food names are always my fave! But I can see why they have that rule.
  
  Okay, unusual human names… inspired by the Greek gods:
  Achilles, Hercules, Athena, Zeus, Hera, Artemis, Apollo, Circe, Hermes.
  
  Or Game of Thrones?
  Rickon, Arya, Sansa, Varys, Tyrion, Cersei, Danaerys,
  
  Or, plants for the trio? Ash, Bay, Clove, Fennel, Linden, Reed are all pretty male sounding plants!

  Some of them are traditionally male or female, but it seems people are using them for the opposite gender. Sort of like how Ashley was traditionally a boy’s name. ;p

  I dunno about 11 names, but the argents could have names like….baguette, beret, Yvette, and Bun Perignon!!
