I brought home my Holland Lop, Mochi, this past weekend and he’s done an AMAZING job with peeing in the litter box — he’s only have two accidents outside of his box since he came home. He’s three months old, so he’s still young and I know litter training is easier with bunnies who have been neutered, but he seems to really understand the concept but tends to poop right outside of his box and near his food bowl. Should I move his bowl closer to the litter box? What can I do to get him to poo in the box?

Moving the food dish closer is a good idea, but in general, at his age he isn’t going to poop in the box. His “food poops” will be inside the box. Aside from that he’s going to be territorially pooping, and you can’t train that out of them. It’ll fix itself once he’s been neutered.
