Pan is a free range bunny and hops around the house as she pleases. I woke up this morning and she had chewed nearly an entire DVD cover (the paper and plastic) I’m really worried. Should I go ahead and call the vet or wait to see if she eats/drinks/uses bathroom normally? Have any of y’all had similar encounters?

Did she actually ingest the cover or did she just chew it up and spit it out all over? If she swallowed it watch her very carefully for the next 24 hours and make sure her behavior isn’t off. Make sure she’s eating, drinking, peeing/pooping normally. No labored breathing, no difficulty moving. Feel her tummy and everything to make sure everything’s fine. Even if everything DOES seem fine, I would seriously consider taking her to the vet because you just never know. Hermione likes to eat things all the time that she shouldn’t and I’ve never had problems before but I’ve taken her to the vet a couple times just in case.
