  I’ll just reply here as it wasn’t a confidential matter.
  
  We had an alert sent about a thread that had no replies and was locked. That was actually a duplicate thread. So there was another one that member started did receive a number of replies. The duplicate has now been deleted.
  
  Thank you for bringing it to our attention and for your concern that the original poster had not received help.
