  Hi, I’m back 🙂 I took a break after having Lancelot euthanized. My baby girl is 8 months old and the light of my life. And she loves all my animals. She tries to squeeze the dogs and cat out of sheer excitement. I haven’t let her get her grabby hands near the 3 rabbits. She is in awe of all the birds. I found out where Lancelot vet went to after he left his practice (about the time I had Lancelot euthenised), so I’m glad to b able to take my other exotics to my preferred vet. Every now and again I consider a trio, with Guinevere (now second time widow) and morgana/avalon, but I’m not ready to try that again. Guin is still content. I just finished building a new aviary for my outdoor birds. Its 26 ft long, 10 wide 10 high. I’m cleaning up the construction mess and then ill take pictures. Its really awesome. Anyway, I figured its time to read bunny forum posts again 🙂

  You fought a very hard and long battle with Lancelot, no wonder you needed a break. We’ve missed you though.

  @VB, You mentioned Patton elsewhere and Id just been wondering about him and Barret too! Haha, we’re in sync. Maybe he’s going to visit soon also. Fingers crossed. It is spooky how often that can happen, you’re thinking of a formely active BB-er and within a week, they make a reappearance. I can’t tell you the amount of times that’s happened to me.

  Raising your kid around animals is the best. My daughter has been around bunnies, horses and cats since she was born and she absolutely loves all animals. Makes Mama proud!
