Time of year hasn’t really aligned with much since early 2017. Molts can really seem to happen whenever now, but your rabbit pulling it off herself is worrisome.
If it is excess from molting, how often are you grooming her to get the fur off?
A past user posted about lumps of fur, and it ended up being a teeth issue. The rabbit’s teeth were so long the fur would get caught in them during grooming, so rather than swallowing the fur as normal, it’d be all over the cage in clumps. How does her teeth look?
Stress is also a reason from either the move, or something unrelated like health.
What sort of abnormalities are you seeing in her other health behaviors, like energy, appetite, poops, pees, etc.?
