Ava, my female rabbit is around 4-6 months old. She normally greets me when I come home, and while im home she hangs out with me. The past few days Ava has not greeted me, she lays under my bed and doesn’t come out even when sit on the floor and wait for her. She is eating and pooping normally. At night she will be more social but it is still strange. Could there be something wrong or is it just time to get her spayed?

Becoming suddenly asocial is a significant sign. I don’t think it’s hormones though. I suggest taking her to the vet to be examined, and you can rope it in to be a determination if she’s ready for a spay yet as well.

How’s her appetite, and what’s your daily routine with her like?

It could be hormonal but not necessarily, has anything changed in your routine before you come home from work? As Wick asked have you noticed any other changes in her appetite or poop?
