Me and Mummy got a new phone, but when Mummy presses a button a lady says. “You have no new messages.” I don’t like it and hide, we cannot change the voice but we got a message from our friend and he said. “I hope you and Olly are OK.” I wasn’t bothered about this message, it was our friend, I know his voice, but the lady I don’t like saying. “You have no new messages.” I hide, I don’t like it, can anyone advise us what to do please?

Exposure and comfort is probably best. Your mummy should help you learn that the lady’s voice isn’t bad. It may be helpful to replay the voice, and each time, have Mummy with you and she can provide comfort so you know it’s not something to be afraid of! Wick and I went through this with ice-cubes falling in the freezer. Each time, I’d go over to him immediately and let him know he was okay and it’s all good. You will also feel some comfort by seeing your mummy calm through it as well!

I agree with Wick. It should get better over time. Exposure is good, just comfort the rabbit when its scared.
