  hey it’s fredricks mom here. just a little bit ago i got home and noticed he had knocked over his water bowl so he didn’t have water for the whole day. i gave him water and he instantly drank a lot. since then i’ve been hearing his stomach gurgle. i know this is a bad sign and could mean stasis but i’ve been reading about it a little and it could just be because of all the water he drank so fast.
  
  it doesn’t really sound bad, just sometimes like loud sloshing or like normal digestive sounds but louder. i can definitely hear that it’s water sometimes but it’s been a good 15-30 minutes since he drank so much and he’s still making the noises. he ate as soon as i got home and has been hopping around ever since.
  
  he’s currently stretched out on my bed grooming his front paws. should i be worried about him?? i tend to worry about the smallest things but i just need a little insight here.

  As long as he seems happy and is eating and pooping I wouldn’t be too worried. How is he today?

  If he’s eating and pooping normal then I wouldn’t be worried. If I drink a glass of water on an empty tummy then I’ll even start gurgling!

  hi. fredrick has been eating and drinking normally since last night. but i’ve run into another problem that may or may not be related. i made a new post about it and found you can give me your insight or any advice it would be appreciated.
