So, the title is pretty self explanatory but I was just wondering if there’s anything I can do to prevent my bun from eating the wall, he only does it in one corner so it’s not a huge deal but if I can stop him then that would be great..

He has lots of hay and chew toys, I was thinking of leaning those metal grids over the part he’s eating but I can’t find them online.. Does anyone know any UK shops that sell these sorts of things?

Hey Bunbun. My rabbit Hermione does the same thing. A squirt bottle of water fixed it pretty quick. She used to pull up carpet, pee in a specific corner and eat up the edges of the couch. Just try blocking him off from that part of the wall or teaching him that its not okay by squirting him with cold water whenever he tries it. Just make sure not to hit his face. If he starts getting to wet you might just want to put him away and try something else.

If it’s the physical corner, how about a clear wall guard? They seem relatively cheap

My bun used to chew up my base boards but I began rubbing a bar of soap along them and he hasn’t done i.t since!

Thanks everyone! I’ve got it covered with a picture frame at the moment, going to look for those guards online!

Haha I can’t wait to try the soap and water, he will probably think it’s a game knowing him! ?
