Hi!! I know this is kind of a silly question, but I want to give my rabbit Cinnamon a birthday party! I just don’t know what kind of party she’d like. Should I invite humans over to pet her and give her treats? Should I arrange some kind of special adventure for her, or give her special food? What would be a “special day” for a bunny? Have any of you ever tried to give your rabbit a party before??

I’ve never personally given a bunny a birthday party but my son is planning to do something special for our bunnies on their upcoming birthdays.
People that your bunny isn’t always around my be stressful for her because she doesn’t trust them. Possibly the same with an out of the ordinary environment adventure. She could feel exposed and insecure. She would probably be most thrilled by discovering a little gift filled with a treat that she could play with, tear apart and eat, or a good old fashioned cardboard box to shred and hide in. I’d keep it simple and scatter random little things for her to discover throughout the day. Make sure to take some pictures and videos!

I mean I personally wouldn’t invite people over to pet your bun. I know how mine react to strangers but obviously it depends on your rabbit. I’d give her an extra edible treat and some new toys. If she likes being pet, pet her a lot too!

OK! I like the idea of a treasure hunt for treats! She’ll like that. As for humans, maybe I can invite over my regular bunny-sitters. She gets along great with both of them!
