  Hi!
  I have a 9 week old Lionhead named Manson.
  I just took him to the vet for a sinus infection, and he has had two doses of oral baytril.
  I’ve been giving simethicone for his belly bc I’m transitioning him to alfalfa hay since the pet store had him on Timothy and he is pretty skinny.
  
  I’ve been giving 0.6 cc once every hour for three hours and then giving belly rubs.
  While giving him a belly rub last night I felt a large lump under his rib cage on the left side, tonight it is larger.
  I’m not sure how it felt earlier today bc I havent Been home.
  
  He’s active, and is eating normal (like a pig) and has normal stool.
  I just Spent tons of money at the vet and I’m freaking out!!
  
  PLEASE HELP!!

  The lump is probably his full stomach. You can cut back a little bit on the alfalfa and give more of the timothy instead, so that you introduce the alfalfa even more gradually. His stomach could have a bit of a hard time digesting the alfalfa just because it isn’t used to it yet.
  
  Eating like a pig and normal stool are great signs!
