How long should I give my bereft bunny before looking for a new friend for her?  She’s 2 and a half, spayed.  In decent spirits, whether she understands that her friend is really gone, I do not know.

        Thanks

This is a tough question. I have no experience, but generally, I think when you feel you’re ready, it’d be okay to start some speed dating at a local rescue, especially since she isn’t showing grief at the moment. If it does hit her eventually, it may be nice to have another rabbit already there to help her through it.

I’m sorry I cannot offer more grounded advice, these are just my thoughts.
