  It just looks like his fur went up when he was pat. nothing seems to be wrong

  To me, it looks like the fur is wet under his eye, and maybe even a little bit of fur is missing. He may have a little bit of weepy eye. Does the other eye look the same? Is there any discharge from his nose? From what I can see, the nose looks fine.
  
  I may be seeing something that’s not there, but that was the first thing I noticed. If it is weepy eye, he may need an antibiotic, or weepy eye can also be caused by dental problems.

  No the other eye is perfectly okay. When I felt the fur it was all hardened up. I saw him scratching there a lot. Can you guys see the pic or is it not working?

  Right now it’s back to normal but I don’t think I should just forget about it. Do you think it’s because of his nails? I haven’t cut them since I got him because I’m not able to pick him up.
