When we first got the buns we had a big x-pen for the two of them to share, but as you all know, hormones came into play and they’ve been separated since 10 weeks old. They’ve been semi-decent cages, but they’re difficult to clean and they started to get rusty on the metal joints, which bothers me. Right now my husband and I live in a room in a shared house, so two separate x-pens aren’t a possibility at all space-wise. Does any body have any suggestions for an easy to clean/ good cage? I like the height of the current cages, but I wish they had a little bit more room length and width wise. We were thinking of NIC cubes, but everywhere we look we’d have to buy like 4 sets of 12 cubes, which would’ve been $150 or so just so they could have height and still have a top (Asriel can hop out of anything). So any suggestions for good cages is much appreciated! They’re both Holland Lops.
