  I went to bed this afternoon, I woke up and found Olly stretched out with his back legs stretched out, I gave him some banana, he turned his nose up.
  
  I remember last time he had banana a carer was here and she was joking with him saying. “No Olly.” When he was eating, so he hid the banana and ate it when she left. (Well after I kicked her out for being nasty to me and Olly)
  
  Olly has hidden his banana, its buried in his litter tray, he won’t take banana and eat it straight away anymore, he hides it, I don’t see his happy dance, will he get over this?

  You may be able to help him back into it. Maybe feed him a small amount while he’s in his litter tray, then do another small piece while he’s out of his tray. Also just petting and praising him while he’s eating the banana (even if it’s post-hiding) may help him re-learn that it’s okay. What a nasty carer you and Olly ran into!

  Thanks Wick, those carers are sacked, the carer turned up next day, I answered the door and she smiled and was about to walk in, I said, “Clear off.” Well it was worse than that and put a letter in her hand for the manager.
  It says in the file ‘Carers are not to feed or touch the rabbit, Olly is a trained assistant pet, he is also a rescue pet, no carer should give commands to Olly, unless Olly could be in danger and his owner is out of the room.’
  Fair enough.

  Is Olly eating everything else ok? I’m only asking because you mentioned him laying with his back legs extended, and my rabbits lay like that when they have gas. They kind of press their bellies to the floor, and get up and switch positions a lot. Then again, there is also a relaxed and happy position with the legs stretched out. I just wanted to mention the possibility although you probably already knew.
  
  And good for you for sacking the carers! To say that after the note you left specifically saying not to bother Ollie- terrible ?.
  
  I hope Ollie is back to enjoying his banana very soon!

  Sorry for the late reply, me and Olly have been busy, yes he’s doing great thanks, all over and done with.
