Please see a vet. You’ve been posting a bit frequently with some odd symptoms and it’s best that a professional assesses it. Your rabbit may have ingested something or has developed something and while it has not hindered his activity thus far, it should be addressed formally before it potentially manifests into something bad.

For the record, every time Wick has had an ailment, he still eats and is active, so that’s not the best sign of a 100% healthy rabbit. It’s good that he is, but I think you have a good amount of concerns to have him checked out.

I would see a vet asap if you suspect blood.

Red colored poop is definitely not normal. Your bunny may have eaten something or something else could be wrong. Either way, something is obviously wrong and your bunny should see a vet. Wick is correct about bunnies still being active, even if they are unwell. Since they are prey animals, they naturally hide signs of illness.

You started posting a lot of health problems regarding your bun after he swallowed several stray carpet pieces (get a rug and get a metal baby gate so your rabbit cant reach it; there is no excuse for this to keep happening). My guess is that one of the stray pieces he swallowed is lodged and causing internal damage (bleeding, which can lead to an eventual painful death if not treated asap). I dont mean to come off rude, but youve been putting off a vet visit for far too long. Your rabbit might die from this if you avoid the vet any longer.

Blood in poop can look like dye as well. It can also look like coffee grounds, goop, or even like a oil coat. Each type means something different inside the body, which is why its best to see a vet. If it does happen to be dye and not blood, you still need to figure out where the dye is coming from as many dyes are toxic to rabbits.

Not enough exercise can cause health problems, poop problems and stasis being two of the many lack of exercise can cause. You can attach and exercise pen to his cage so he can be out while you are at school.

The red couldve been the freeze dried strawberries; I would stop feeding them to him if he is not digesting them well.

I really recommend you see a vet, still if you havent gone already.

Wick has the same treats and it has never dyed his poops, so please continue to monitor. And yes, the more exercise and free time your rabbit can have, the better. He’s like a dog; you wouldn’t want to leave it in a cage!

The strawberry treats are his “high tier” treat, so the ones he gets when he’s been very good or he tolerated something well (i.e. a shot, nail clipping, etc.).

At most, he’ll get 4 of the pieces in a day since they all smoosh together and it’s hard to separate them, but since they’re so high in sugar and your rabbit is young, I don’t think it should be an every day treat, and on days you do give it, at most 3 a day.
