  Help! My vet told me to bathe my baby bunny, she’s 5 weeks old and some how she managed to get all covered in her feces. The doctor told me to wash her with warm water. Any tips for her care?

  Is your vet a bunny savvy/ specialized vet? It’s just that to the best of my knowledge, all literature/ professionals say to absolutely not do that. If needed they recommend “spot cleaning,” but not bathing, especially such a young bunny…

  Maybe your vet did mean to say that you should bathe your bunny with a face towel and warm water. Wiping and cleansing your baby bunny gently is the key for this.

  Is the poop literally all over? Or does your bunny just have a poopy butt? If it’s poopy butt, you can do a butt bath.
