  My 5 year old REW was diagnosed with breast cancer in April of this year. She had a lumpectomy and biopsy at that time. A lump returned and today she had a full mastectomy. The vet found several lumps and is sending them out for biopsy. Has anyone ever dealt with this before?
  
  Ivory is my baby and we will do whatever we need to do to have her live a happy and healthy life.

  Breast cancer often follows the “chain” on one side. Are all of the tumors on the same side? Typically, the vet will remove the mammary glands on the affected side since this is the logical place for it to spread first.
  
  Is your bunny spayed? If not, spaying her can help reduce the chance of recurrence.
