Thank you guys so much! Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to try to defuse the situation while I wait? I’m keeping them mostly apart but with a few meetings between bars. Such as I’ll put Hermione in a kennel and have Ginny on the outside or vice versa but it usually ends in Hermione trying to bite through the bars (she can’t get to Ginny) and Ginny curled against the opposite corner. I looked over Ginny and Hermione and found that Ginny was hurt pretty bad (nothing that needs stitches, but I am pretty scared she could get an infection). I’ve washed her and she’s not bleeding anywhere, she’s mostly just scratched up and Hermione has a few bite marks but they’re just kinda pink. Again, I can’t afford a vet appointment unless it’s ABSOLUTELY necessary so anything I can do to help speed up her healing and recovery. I’ll switch off their turns on different levels of the cage so everything smells like each other, though I’m not sure that’s helping. Right now Ginny is playing happily outside with her brothers and Hermione is locked up safely away from her in the house. Anyone have any idea what I could do to not exactly re-bond them yet, I know that’s basically impossible right now, but just so that they aren’t at each others throats if they see one another? Thanks!
