Just keep an eye on her; as long as she is eating and drinking okay, going to the toilet, and not making any signs of pain (loud grinding, hunched up etc) then there is nothing to indicate she is sick.

So enjoy your new bond with your pet and only worry if you see any of the above.

I’m not an expert on bunny maturity, but it may be that she is starting to get hormones etc, as she is now 5 months, so that can change their behaviour a little bit. so she might have different moods over the next few weeks, so don’t be suprised if she is cuddly one minute, and grumpy the next. When she goes in for her spay, that should settle down though

I agree with puffs of fluff. Her age is consistent with bunny puberty. Your description is rather the opposite of what bun owners most often describe when their girl bun is starting puberty – a sweet and cuddly baby suddenly turns into a suspicious, skittish, even aggressive young lady. Your bun seems to do it the other way around. But a swift change in behavior is still typical of a girl in bunny puberty.

Appetite, poop and pee are the major clues to our buns’ health, so keep an eye on that. And enjoy cuddling with her
