I adopted Honeybee about 2 months ago, the day of her arrival I noticed she was missing fur in an odd pattern on her tummy. The missing fur areas have remained unchanged as far as I can tell. I have never seen her pull fur from her belly nor has she displayed any sort of nesting behaviors. Today I brought both the bunnies to the vet for their yearly check up and the vet is just as baffled as to what it could be. There doesn’t feel like any scars but the missing fur appears to be in a large circle. The vet threw out the possibility of ringworm but does not think at this point there’s any reason to treat for it because it doesn’t really seem like it and ringworm often heals itself. Has anyone seen this before?

Also, any guesses as to what her breed is? My vet actually thinks she could be a mix between a domestic rabbit and a wild rabbit or might be a chinchilla rabbit mix (breed, not actually part chinchilla).
