Since she’s eating, drinking, peeing and pooping and also cleaning herself, I’d not suspect an illness. Rather a reaction to a new environment. Many animals lay low at first when they’re in new surroundings and don’t know what to expect. Does she have a hidey-box? (A hidey-box can be an overturned cardboard box with two doorholes in it). Sometimes just knowing there is a hidey-box if one is needed can make a bun feel more secure.

The reason your pic isn’t inserting is probably in the file name. Try changing it to something simpler, then re-upload and check “insert”. 

Yes, most buns are quiet for the first few days while adjusting to a new environment. That’s why a lot of people recommend that they be let be in their new habitat for a day or two, with plenty of food and water and clean litter/bedding, so that they can get accustomed to their new home. I endorse the hidey-box suggestion; it’s something very simple that bunnies really, really love.
