Fluffy is 5.5 months old and is currently molting. When itfirst started I noticed her Bottom was getting really nasty and smelly and reached out to the breeder. She told me to giver her a butt bath. I did and that seemed to be ok for a few days. About a week or so later it was back and looked really matted. I decided to give her another butt bath and when I did it looks like some of her hair is coming off. Is this normal? She urinates in the litter box with a grate over it for the most part. Is this some what normal? Do I need to find a vet? I’ve tried uploading a photo but I guess it’s too big. Please help!

I would head to a vet to ensure theres no underlying health issues causing this, since it is happening often.

How often do you brush her? How often do you pet/pluck out her loose fur?
