I’ve been transitioning Clem to adult food for about 2 weeks now or more, we’re at 45% adult and 55% young, she used to like eating the adult rabbit food but now she is being picky about it. She is eating mostly her young rabbit pellets and then leaves the adult pellets in her bowl, I can tell by the smell, the young rabbit food has a strong sweet smell.

She won’t eat anymore pellets unless I refill it, and I’ve tried mixing it into the container with the young rabbit food so the mix in there is 50% of both, it helps a bit, but not much, she still manages to pick out the alfalfa pellets.

I’d probably just stop with the alfalfa pellets altogether and carry on giving her the adult ones, just of course increase the amount gradually.
