Is there a particular time that is better than others for me to go get a friend from my little rabbit? He is 5 to 6 months old, when we bought him 4 weeks ago I was told that he is 3/4 grown size wise. Toilet training so far has been easy as it only took 48 hours for him to use his litter box all the time, he has run of half the house …… he’s still not too sure about travel down the hallways to the bedrooms yet lol .. but truth be told I like it like this for the time being anyways.

Anyways the reason why I’m here is because I’m starting to think it would be a good idea to get a second rabbit but I don’t have the size house to have one rabbit on one floor and the other rabbits on the other for if they don’t get along with each other ….. so I’m just a little bit concerned.

Should I wait till I get Alex neutered (something I plan on doing as soon as possible)?

Does it matter if Alex is say 10 months old (after being neutered) and I introduced him to a fixed female who is twice his age?
