Well, tail perk-up is typically the sign your rabbit is about to pee, so that may or may not be more obvious.
Depending on how it’s rested, her bottom may get more easily soiled by peeing and pooping, so cleaning may be more necessary, or keeping the litter box more clean.
Humorously, I’d say it’d throw off balance. I say humorously because Wick uses his tail as a weight-offset when he’s climbing, which is hilarious because it weighs nothing and doesn’t help him, haha. He does it anyway though.
You’ll definitely want to search your area for a rabbit experienced vet first. If there isn’t one, I’d consider passing on this rabbit. It’s unknown if this sort of condition could manifest into something that requires x-rays, surgery, medication, etc..
